🏡 From Scratch: Kyndell & Melissa’s Dream Backyard in Minneapolis

Just a few blocks from the Minneapolis Convention Center, Kyndell and Melissa gave us the go-ahead to wipe the slate clean and bring their vision to life — and that’s exactly what we did.

We removed the old, broken deck and reshaped the space from the ground up. Posts were set for a new custom privacy fence, and we brought in crushed blue stone to create clean, soft walking paths throughout the yard.

Their passion showed in the details — Kyndell and Melissa built their own raised garden beds, while we carved out new planting zones using crisp aluminum edging. Every corner of the space was intentional.

Out back, we extended their driveway by 20 feet, excavating for a fresh new parking area finished with a matching blue stone pad.

To tie it all together, they poured a stamped concrete patio — now a warm, livable space for fires, food, and friends.

This one was all about collaboration, creativity, and momentum. They had the vision. We helped bring it to life.
