Website terms
These terms apply to the Elzo Landscape & Design website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or another visitor’s use.
Website information
Project descriptions, articles, photographs, pricing discussions, material information, and other website content are provided for general information. Landscapes differ in access, soil, drainage, grade, engineering needs, permitting, material availability, and scope. Website content is not a construction proposal, warranty, engineering opinion, or substitute for an on-site evaluation.
Consultations and project agreements
Scheduling a consultation does not create a construction contract or guarantee project acceptance, timing, or pricing. Any paid design or construction work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement accepted by Elzo and the client.
Photographs and intellectual property
Unless a credit states otherwise, the Elzo name, site design, written content, project photographs, and original brand material belong to Elzo Landscape & Design and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission. Credited reference photographs remain subject to their respective owners and licenses.
Third-party services
The website may link to Calendly, social networks, map services, payment or commerce providers, and other third-party sites. Elzo is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or privacy practices of those independent services.
Site availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site useful and accurate, but it may occasionally be unavailable or contain information that needs correction. To the extent permitted by law, Elzo is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated as the website and services evolve. Minnesota law governs these website terms, without changing any rights that cannot legally be waived.
